Licensing for construction SMEs

One subscription per company, internal team seats and an active project allowance. Invite subcontractors and clients for free with access restricted to their projects.

Who uses a seat?

Internal team

Administrators, directors, site managers and internal inspectors use a seat once they accept their invitation and their account is active.

External participants

Subcontractors and clients do not use an internal seat. Their permissions are restricted to assigned work, authorised projects or the client portal. Promotion to an internal role requires an available seat.

Projects and storage

Each active project counts once. Archived projects stay readable and exportable, without new operations. Reopening requires an available place. Archived files still count towards storage.

Three feature levels

Essential

Field observations, photos and voice notes, drawings, documents, reports, timesheets and offline entry.

Professional

Essential plus Gantt and Kanban, resources, QHSE, handovers, snags and client approvals.

Enterprise

Professional plus quotations, progress invoicing, profitability, purchasing, inventory, equipment, BIM and API.

Included quantities, extensions and commercial pricing remain to be approved. Inherited project amounts are not presented as approved commercial offers.

Explicit changes, clear terms

Trial, monthly and annual plans

A 14-day trial needs no payment method and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Monthly or annual terms follow an explicitly accepted configuration.

Adding or reducing seats

A preview shows rights, cost, billing period and effective date before acceptance. Immediate extensions wait for confirmed payment and do not extend the existing period. Reductions take effect at the renewal boundary.

Overages and consumables

Overages never generate automatic charges. Extensions require approval. Optional SMS and certified signing are separate consumables; internal approvals and voice notes are included within plan and storage limits.

Cancellation and data

Request cancellation from your workspace. Paid periods are preserved and later renewals stopped. Cancellation does not delete your data; reading and export remain available.

Renewal and payment

Renewals retain accepted contractual pricing. Available payment methods are shown in the client workspace. Provider recurring debit is not advertised as available before connection and verification.
