What happens at the end of the trial?
Your workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen. Nothing is deleted: everything is back as soon as you pay.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes, from the Subscription page of your workspace. To move to a smaller plan, archive the extra sites first.
Who counts as an internal user?
Your company’s administrators, directors, site managers and inspectors. Invited subcontractors and clients are not counted.
Will prices change?
Commercial prices remain to be approved. An accepted contract retains its agreed recurring price.
Do you offer terms for a pilot site?
Yes. We are looking for a few companies ready to use CiBuild on a real site and give us regular feedback. Let’s talk.
Where is my data hosted?
Your hosting and backup terms must be confirmed in your contract. Your workspace provides data export.
